About Juice Plus Complete
Juice PLUS+® Complete
Juice PLUS+® Complete gives us guaranteed levels of a wide range of
nutrients, providing a high content of vegetable proteins, simple and
complex carbohydrates, and a controlled intake of the necessary calories
and fat. All this without penalising essential fatty acids or
sacrificing the intake of vitamins, minerals, fibre, all of which can
be drawn from a variety of natural, plant food sources.
Juice PLUS+® Complete, for sports people
Juice Plus Complete can be used as a pre-exercise energy drink: Juice
PLUS+® Complete contains carbohydrates which have a low glycaemic index
and can assist in longer, more intense workouts. You can also take it as
a post-workout recovery drink to replenish your energy levels after
exercise. Just mix one scoop of Complete with 250 ml skimmed milk, juice
or water and add your favourite fruits.
Use Juice PLUS+® Complete for weight loss only within the frame of a low calorie diet programme.
Replace two meals per day with two portions of Juice PLUS+® Complete.
Eat one low fat, balanced, high fibre meal of around 600 kcal. It is
essential to drink plenty of water, at least 2 and half litres per day.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, need to lose more than 20%
of your start weight, have a known medical condition or are taking
medication, you should consult your doctor before starting Complete or
any weight loss plan.
